Following the analysis phase, Whiteknights deliver a comprehensive system design document which includes pictures of the main screens so that the customer can easily see what is proposed.
For more complex systems, a working prototype of the main screens may also be prepared. The construction phase proceeds only after the design document has been agreed by the customer.
The system is then built according to the agreed system design document. A comprehensive test plan is drawn up to ensure that each component of the system is tested prior to completion of the overall system.
On completion, the system is installed ready for acceptance testing by the customer. According to a previously agreed acceptance test plan. This ensures that both parties know exactly what is required to achieve acceptance.
If required, training needs analysis is performed, a training plan agreed and training provided according to the plan.
